What is their shipping policy?

• Orders placed before 9 a.m. (AEDT) on weekdays are usually shipped on the same day. Any order placed after this time will usually be processed and sent on the next business day. Although they will try their best to process your order within the above time frame, there may be delays during high transaction volume after public holidays and online activities.

• All orders are shipped through Australia Post from Rolla department store, Australia. After the order is delivered, they will immediately send you a delivery notice and tracking information. After receiving the delivery notice, you can track the order online here. For more information on the delivery schedule, please refer to the Australian Post website.

• Their freight does not include any potential import taxes and tariffs at international locations. The customer is responsible for paying such fees, which Rolla's cannot calculate before delivery. To estimate tariffs and import duties, you can use this calculator or contact your local customs department.

• Please note: the following is the estimated delivery outside Australia for orders valid on and after October 1, 2021. For international orders before this date, please refer to the delivery estimate here.
• Australia Post suspends service to Canada: Please note that since Australia Post has suspended its service to Canada, orders to Canada will be shipped with DHL Express until further notice. DHL Express is not sent to the P.O. Box address.

What is their return policy?

• You asked for it! Now it's easier to return goods. The flat rate return cost of all Australian dollars and selected international orders, the shipping labels are sent directly to your inbox, and faster return processing time. 

• As always, you are welcome to return your Rawls jeans. If the goods are in a new state with all original labels attached, order within 30 days after delivery.

• Full price goods can be returned in exchange for a refund, exchange or online store points. If you use a limited promotion or discount code to purchase a full price item, it is still considered eligible for a refund.

• Unless it is deemed to be defective, the reduced price goods listed as "sales" can only be returned through the size exchange of changing ideas or online store credit.

• Australian flat rate return. Size exchange or store credit: free return. Change your mind refund: $12.
