Why can't I buy a physical gift card?
They're always looking for ways to be kinder to the planet -- and as part of that, they're transitioning from physical gift cards to virtual gift cards on their website. If you want to pick up a physical gift card, you can still find it in their store.
Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
They understand that in some cases you may need to cancel or edit your order. While they will always do their best to accommodate your needs, their orders do go through fulfillment centers quickly. Once your order arrives at their warehouse, they will not be able to cancel or edit it due to system limitations. If they can't cancel or edit your order, and you want a different size, color, or style, they'll be happy to help you process any exchange or return for unworn products within 30 days! How do I return/exchange?
You have 30 days to return or exchange unused, unwashed styles if desired. Note that the bag needs to have a product label attached. Excludes items listed as final sales; i.e., The Mask, The Kids Mask, and items from archived events. They have partnered with Happy Returns to provide safe, contactless and sustainable returns and exchanges. With more than 2,600 drop-off locations nationwide, Happy Returns makes returns and exchanges easy. All you need is your QR code and unused, unwashed items. Just head to a Return Bar near you and you'll be done in less than a minute.
What are the terms and conditions of the new customer welcome offer?
