How can I check the status of my return/exchange?

• Once we receive your product return, you’ll receive a “Return Request Received” email. After that, checking on the status of your return is easy. Simply click the link provided in that email. 

• If you can’t find our “Return Request Received” email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. 

• Exchanges are shipped within 14 business days (on average) from the date the package is shipped back to them.

I haven’t received my package yet, what should I do?

• A package is considered “lost” when the package has not been delivered after seven (7) days from the scheduled delivery date.

• Orders will be replaced if:

• Your package is lost en route to its final destination and there is no delivery confirmation by the carrier service.

• A package is confirmed delivered to the correct address as indicated by the carrier, but the package cannot be located or appears to be stolen, Ruby Ribbon will replace it One Time. 

• Orders will not be replaced if:

• They were provided with the incorrect shipping address when the order was placed. Please be sure you double check your shipping address before submitting your order.

I don’t have a printer, how do I get the return shipping label?

• Ask a friend, family member or neighbor to print them for you. 

• Check with an office supply store, local library, UPS or FedEx retail location, or other retail locations that offer printing services. 

• Ask if you should email the document to them OR if you need to bring the documents on a USB or flash drive. 

• Call in advance to confirm this service is available and if additional charges will be incurred.
