How long it will take to receive my order?
- Their products are made to order, which means they create your rug after your order has been placed. At this time, please expect your order to ship within 1 to 2 weeks if you are located in the U.S. and 1-3 weeks if you are located in Canada.
- For Levity Products ordered on Ruggable.com, please expect orders to ship within 1-2 weeks of order placement as well.
- Due to increased volume, during peak sale periods and holidays - if your order is past their current 2-3 week window, they kindly ask that you wait at least 48 hours for the tracker to update before reaching out to their Customer Care team.
What if I need to return or exchange multiple items?
- For Ruggable products, if you would like to complete a return or exchange for multiple items, they must be shipped separately, with separate shipping labels.
- They currently only accept one rug system per shipping label and charge a $25 processing fee for each item returned.
- Please note that Levity and Ruggable products must also be shipped separately. For Levity products, please reach out to [email protected] for further information on how to return your items.

Can I return final sale items or samples?
Sorry, you can not.
- All sample sale item(s) and sample swatches are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
- For items purchased from third-party retailers: Only item(s) purchased directly from Ruggable.com can be returned to Ruggable.
- If you purchased your Ruggable item(s) from a third-party website or retailer, please contact the third party vendor to process your return.
