Do they support free shipping?
Free shipping on all online orders of $49 or more (after discounts and promotions, before tax). With the exception of gift cards, if the minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping is not met, shipping is $10 plus tax per online order, regardless of item quantity or Canadian shipping address. If the minimum purchase amount for free shipping is not met, the gift card will cost $2.95 plus tax.
How does the price adjustment policy work?
Their price adjustment policy only applies to items sold at SAIL, in-store or online. If you have previously purchased an item from SAIL and the price of the item has been reduced by SAIL, they will match the price within 14 days of the purchase and present the original sales receipt.
How do they ship my package?
You can buy firearms and airsoft guns on their website SAIL.ca and ship your order to any home address in Canada. Please note that the processing time for firearm orders is three days after the transaction and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping is provided by Canada Post only. Your online order will be processed within 24 hours of the transaction, except for orders containing firearms. Your order will be delivered within 2 to 10 business days of processing, depending on your delivery destination. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an online order confirmation via email.
Do they offer free return?
For in-store or online purchases, their return and exchange policy is in effect for 30 days from the date of purchase. Expert Explore+ Rewards Program members have a 45-day exchange and return period and free returns for online orders. Returned or replaced items must be new, unworn, unaltered and unused, with original labels and original packaging.
