What are the limitations of their gift cards?
Gift cards can be purchased in full dollars, starting at $5 and up to $500. You cannot use your gift card to purchase additional gift cards. If your gift card amount does not include the total purchase amount, you must use a valid payment method to pay for the remaining purchase amount. If your gift card amount exceeds the total order amount, the remaining amount will be stored on your gift card for future use.
How to return?
DICK'S Sporting Goods, Calia, VRST, Golf Galaxy and Field & Stream offer a 90-day return policy on most products. DICK'S Sporting Goods Warehouse and Going Going Gone locations offer a 30-day return policy on most products. Returns with valid proof of purchase will receive a refund based on the original payment method (such as the credit card used for the purchase). "Valid Proof of Purchase" includes the order number, order confirmation email, original sales receipt, packing slip, or return barcode.
What conditions do I need to meet for a return?
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in a clean and resaleable condition. Some items specified below may not be returned once opened. Manufacturer's contact information is available upon request for items not subject to returns. Returns with a gift receipt will provide a gift card or even an exchange. Returns redeemed for scorecard rewards or coupons will result in an adjusted refund amount. Items in need of repair should be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized service center.
What is the exchange policy?
Golf Galaxy offers a 7-day exchange-only policy for used clubs returned in the same condition as sold. Customers must present original sales receipts for all exchanges. Based on standard pricing and policies, used clubs that are returned in conditions other than those sold may be accepted for trade.
