Does Salonsdirect.com provide Free shipping?
Yes.
- Orders must be over £50 (excluding VAT and placed online) to qualify for free standard delivery, otherwise £4.95 (plus VAT) is the standard delivery charge to most parts of mainland UK. And delivery will take 2-3 working days.
- £6.95 plus VAT is the charge for next working day delivery. If orders are received, fully completed and payment taken before 4pm GMT between Monday to Thursday, they aim to deliver them the next working day.
- £12.50 plus VAT is the charge for their premium Saturday delivery. Available to UK Mainland customers only. Orders must be placed before 4pm on Friday to qualify. Not available on orders placed after 4pm on Friday through to Monday. Excludes weekends, some furniture and items sent direct from supplier.
What is Return Policy of Salonsdirect.com?
- If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected:
Please contact their Customer Services Department on 0151 670 9200 to request a returns authorisation number. Please note, goods must be returned within 7 days of the returns reference being issued.
- If goods have been ordered in error or are unsuitable:
The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in it´s original packaging. The Buyer must pay for the return postage. If items are returned with broken seals, you will pay 10% handling fee. If those without original packaging, you will pay a 25% re-stocking fee.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
If item’s are unsuitable the returns process can take between 7-10 days to complete and for a refund to be issued. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or a replacement can be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days. Carriage will not be refunded when items are returned as unwanted, unsuitable or ordered in error.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up until the time it is being prepared for despatch by calling our Customer Service Team on 0844 846 0111 (or +44 151 670 9200 if calling from overseas), 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday. If your order has already been despatched it will not be possible to cancel. You can also email their Customer Service Team at [email protected] however they recommend you call them to ensure your order has been cancelled prior to despatch.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment will be taken when all items in your shopping basket have been processed. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using; Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron or American Express cards.
