Do they offer gift cards?
Sanuk Gift Cards can be redeemed online at sanuk.com. To redeem online, please provide the gift card number at checkout. Gift Cards may not be returned, used as payment for any account, or exchanged for cash unless required by U.S. law.
How soon can I receive my goods?
If they need to send you multiple shipments, they will only charge you once for the total value of your order. They suggested that someone could accept the package. In the continental U.S., ground shipping is free on orders over $35. Not available in Alaska and Hawaii. Most items can be shipped to 48 consecutive US locations with 2-day service. Once your order is placed before 11:00AM PST Monday-Friday, your order will be delivered within 2 full business days, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
What is their warranty policy like?
The SANUK warranty applies to footwear less than one year from the date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to SANUK after one year from the date of purchase will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that SANUK can provide exchange or on-site credit, but not repairs. Items returned for defect assessment will be processed in the order in which they were received. Assessments may take 1 to 3 weeks. Exchanges will be shipped to customers free of charge via UPS Ground.
How do returns and refunds work?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you need to return the product within 30 days. And you need to guarantee that the returned item must be in new and unused condition. If your product doesn't meet all of their standards, it may still be eligible for a return under their warranty policy. Free returns and exchanges are only available in the continental US.
