At Saucony, their goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Exchanges are always free. Returns can be made by mail or any corporate Saucony retail store via the steps below. Exchange orders will be cancelled after 21 days if not received.
