How is it transported?

• Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 working days to reach its final destination. Standard shipping is $5.99 unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Free standard shipping on orders up to $30 before and after all applicable discounts and taxes.

• Expedited shipping costs $7.99 per order. All expedited orders are prioritized and processed and sent via USPS priority mail (unless otherwise prohibited by law, see: DOT Restrictions on Air transportation). The actual expedited shipping cost depends on the order weight and location, depending on the distance to their warehouse in Alandia, New York. Expedited transportation takes 2-4 working days (including 1-2 processing days).

What about returns and refunds?

• At SchiffVitamins.com, their goal is to ensure that their customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. They are happy to accept returns provided the goods are returned within 30 days of the invoice date in their original packaging and in a marketable condition. They do not accept returns of opened or used items unless the item is damaged or defective. They also reserve the right to refuse a refund for personal use of the product for any reason. Special orders (over $500.00) are subject to a 50% re-entry fee. Pre-shipment cancellation charges also apply to re-warehousing charges for special orders.

• If they provide you with incorrect, damaged or defective items, they offer a free return shipping service. Otherwise, a return shipping charge will be charged (in addition, only the price of the product refunded (excluding the initial shipping charge) will be credited)

• A 15 per cent re-stocking fee will be charged for voluntarily returned items that have been opened, used or are no longer in a saleable condition.

How to address correction?
