How are they priced?

The prices they offer for used books are based on their future value. The most important determining factor is whether an item is reused from semester to semester or its current popularity. Demand for items and how much they currently have in stock also determines value. The sooner you sell your books back, the more valuable they are and the more likely they are to buy them.

What is the benefit of me selling books?

Enter the ISBN of any book you want to sell and click Search. They will tell you if they are buying your books now and how much they will pay for them. Each offer is valid for 7 days. To accept their offer, you need to submit a buyback order. After completing the steps above, click "Add to Buyback List" for each item you want to sell, and submit your buyback order.

How do I send something?

Your books must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you submit your buyback order to guarantee the quoted buyback price. If you don't ship the book to them within 7 days, your repurchase order will automatically expire and you'll need to submit a new order. Quotes change as demand changes. Be sure to attach a printed copy of your buyback confirmation. Attach the completed repurchase mailing label to your package, then drop it into any collection box, give it to your postal carrier, or take it to your local or campus post office.

How do I receive money?

Once they receive your items and verify that they meet their standards, they will send you a check. Unacceptable items will be destroyed and not returned. Items determined to be potentially inauthentic will be forwarded to the publisher for verification. Therefore, payments may be delayed or declined.
