How to return goods?
Southeast medical supply company has specific return policy:
Within 10 days after you place your order, you can return any unopened goods except southeast medical supply credit or exchange software. A 20% restocking fee may be charged. Freight will not be reimbursed. If your order is not evaluated for shipping ,your refund will not include their shipping. Please note that all coupons must be used when placing an order. Missing the coupon will not invalidate the 20% restocking fee.
Products that have been taken out of the packaging cannot be returned to Southeast medical supply credit or exchange unless they are defective. Any defective products within the warranty will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.
No return is allowed without the prior authorization of the southeast medical supply department. The customer service department will issue a "return authorization" (RA) number for all returns. The returned goods must be returned in the original packaging, and all documents and freight shall be prepaid by you. Only when the southeast medical supply company has transportation errors, it will make full compensation. Any goods damaged during transportation shall be rejected and reported to the southeast medical supply department and UPS or USPS at the time of delivery.
- Please note: due to the personal nature of this product, any worn or used product cannot be returned unless it is defective. The defective equipment will be replaced with the same equipment within the first 30 days, and then must be repaired / replaced with factory warranty.
Do they offer warranty ?
As a dealer, Southeast medical supply company can assist customers to obtain factory services during the product warranty period. Southeast medical supply reserves the right to repair or replace the equipment covered by the warranty at its own discretion or at the discretion of the manufacturer.
If problems occur within 30 days after purchase, Southeast medical supply will replace the device free of charge unless the manufacturer replaces it. After 30 days of purchase, the manufacturer's warranty must be used.
