When will I receive my Referral Rewards?

• For the $500 Demo Reward, a $500 Prepaid Visa Card will be delivered to you via email once you are deemed eligible.
• For the New Titan Reward, payments take about three to four weeks to arrive once you’ve been notified of your eligibility.
• If you earn a total of $600 or more, they’ll provide you with a W-9 Tax Form to complete and submit to them.

• Once your referral is live on ServiceTitan for 90 days, you are eligible to receive a New Titan Reward. The reward is a percentage of your referral’s annual spend with ServiceTitan, excluding Pro Products.
• The value of your New Titan reward increases based on the number of businesses you refer to them: 1st referral: 10% of your referral’s annual spend; 2nd referral: 15% of your referral’s annual spend and 3rd referral and beyond: 20% of your referral’s annual spend.
• Each New Titan Reward is capped at $10,000—but there is no limit to how many of these rewards you can receive.

So will technicians need to email my office invoices and purchase orders from the field?
