What is their shipping policy?

• They know you can't wait to buy shoes, and they will try their best to ship them out as soon as possible. They are happy to provide free ground transportation throughout the continental United States. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days to process and ship your order.

• They provide two-day freight, and your price is calculated at the checkout. Please note that orders received after 11:30 a.m. Pacific time may not be delivered until the next working day.

• They deliver the goods through FedEx, and it takes two working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to arrive after delivery. The day of pick-up is not considered part of two working days, that is, if your order is picked up on Thursday, the package will arrive before Monday.

• Unfortunately, they cannot offer international shipping at this time. 

• Orders placed before 11:30 a.m. Pacific time from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. Pacific time will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. Pacific time on Friday will be shipped next Monday.

What do I do If the package is missing?

Seychelles footwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. As a courtesy, they are happy to provide signature requirements for your delivery free of charge. If your place of delivery is unsafe, they suggest you ask for your signature. You can apply in the "order remarks" section of the order, or send an email to [email protected].

How to track my order status?

Tracking information will not be available until the order leaves their distribution center. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 48 hours to provide.

What is their return policy?

• Holiday return policy: goods purchased from November 15 to December 31 are within the scope of their holiday return policy. For a full refund, please return the shoes within 30 days after shipment or before January 10, whichever is later.

• If you want to return the goods, please fill in the return form included in your purchase and return it with the shoes to their distribution center address

• Please note that due to the global epidemic, their offices and distribution centers have limited operational capacity. It may take five working days from the date they receive your return to process your refund.
