How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
Most items on Shiekhshoes.com are in their warehouse and will ship within 2-3 business days.
Delivery to you will take an additional 2-5 days, based upon your location.
If they do not have the items you ordered in their warehouse, they will get them from one of their over 140 retail stores and ship them to you within 3-5 business days.
Some of their products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which can take an additional 2-3 days for processing.
Does Shiekh Shoes offer expedited shipping?
Yes. They do offer expedite shipping for US destinations only, which may be selected as you place your order.
The expedited options are for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select.
All expedited orders are processed and shipped before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday thru Friday.
Any UPS expedited order placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next business day. There is no weekend expedited delivery.
Do I need to pay for return shipping fees?
They recommend that you get the courier order number when you return the goods. If the package is not checked in the warehouse and you do not have a tracking number, the return may not be processed.
All shoes must be returned with the original shoe box or you will receive $3 restocking fee.
If the original box has been used for packaging or has any damage, the replacement shoes will not be accepted.
If the freight is paid at the time of purchase and item (s) is returned, the freight is not refundable.
What if I want to exchange my order for a diffenent one?
If you would like to replace your purchased items, please contact their customer service department directly at (888) 574-4354.
They will check the availability of the replacement items you requested and further explain the steps required for the replacement.
Replaceable items can be mailed to the above address or returned to their store. The Exchange will pay a processing fee of $7.95.
Once the original goods are received, the replacement goods will be delivered within 7- 10 working days.
