What shipping methods do they offer?
Expedited Shipping (2 Day or Overnight): If you place an order by 12:00 PM MST it should be packed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will ship the following day, barring a Holiday or weekend.
Standard Shipping: No cut-off, really. Just allow 3-5 business days to process your order.
Subscription Shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days to process an order. Can take 9 business days at the latest to arrive once handed off to USPS.
What payment methods do they accept?
They accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Instagram Pay, and PayPal.
What items can be returned?
Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of it arriving to their warehouse.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
Merchandise must have all tags, including Shinesty hangtags attached.
All underwear being returned will receive store credit even if they are unworn and in the packaging. (They have to do this for sanitary reasons.)
How can I get refund?
If you can't send it back in the original packaging, please use any packaging that will make it to them safely.
If you received any promotional items/gifts, they must be returned with the order to receive a full refund.
If the promotional items/gifts are missing from the return, you will receive a prorated refund less the cost of the promotional items/gifts retail value.
However, if you're doing an exchange you don't need to send any of the promotional items/gifts back.
