Where's my order?
Please check your inbox for a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, reach out to them with your name and order number. Once they have that information, They will get back to you with your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
How long will it take to get my order?
All of their products are shipped from Barrie, Ontario, and delivery times will vary based on your proximity to their city.
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days.
Expedited shipping: 2-4 business days.
International shipping: 10-15 business days.
You will receive an email when your creations have been shipped. Please allow for 1-2 days of processing time before your order goes out.
If you live near Barrie, you may also select Free Local Pickup to avoid shipping fees and drop by one of their houses for a local pickup. They will provide you with the address once your order is ready.

They will guide you to mail your original creation back to them, and they will in turn send you your new size. You will only need to pay the shipping fee to return the bracelet being exchanged.

They are not responsible for incurring the return shipping costs. When shipping an item back to them, they recommend using a trackable shipping service, as they cannot guarantee that they will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost merchandise.
