How soon can I receive my goods?

ANTIGRAVITY BATTERIES will guarantee their products purchased directly or only from authorized dealers for 1 year (Micro-Starts), 3 years (Powersport batteries) (1 year for racing), 5 years (for car batteries, deep cycle) Battery 10 years. Warranty is void if product is not used as instructed. Only returns from the original purchaser are accepted.

Do they offer free return?

You can return any product for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is in new condition and purchased directly from them on their website. They also offer the option to replace the product if you ordered the wrong product.

What are the conditions for a refund?

• Their full refund policy applies to brand new items that have not been damaged or used in any way.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to a mistake they made with your shipment, they will pay for the return shipping.
