How long does it take to process and delievr my order?

• They will typically ship your order 1 business day after the date it was placed, based on inventory availability for the products you are ordering.

• U.S. orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. International orders take an extra 5-7 business days for transit. 

• Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking link.

• They do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

What is the return policy?

• If you're not completely satisfied, contact them to return the product and they'll give you a full refund of the purchase price (less S&P) - even if the products are empty!

How to start a return?

• If you are not completely satisfied, simply call 1-888-237-4131 to request a return number and return the Keranique  within the indicated time range based on the product you purchased or the quote you chose after receiving the goods, even if the container is empty, to avoid further payment and to receive a refund for any purchase price (less shipping and processing). All future shipments will be cancelled. Please note:

• They strongly recommend that you send them a receipt with a confirmation receipt or delivery confirmation number.

• All merchandise returned within the appropriate period of time set out in the return policy, based on the offer you have chosen, will receive store points within 12 months of the date of return. They will not process or return anything labeled "returned to the sender"

• Refunds will always be made to credit cards that receive refunds.

When will I receive my refund?

• Receiving your refund from their warehouse usually takes 5 business days to process your refund. 

• Keep in mind that the number of days it takes for a credit card to reach your account may vary slightly, depending on how quickly your bank confirms and mails their refund. 

• Please allow a few weeks for the refund to appear on your statement. Your credit or debit card will be returned.
