When will I receive my order?

• Inventory usually leaves their U. S. facilities within 1-2 working days. Any delays in UPS, Fedex, USPS, and DHL can occur due to pandemics beyond their control. 

• Holiday and weekend orders will be processed on the next business day. 

• The estimated time for urgent shipment of 2-4 working days shall be calculated from the day when the goods are picked up by the carrier, excluding the time for packing/picking up in their facilities.

What are the requirrements for returns?

• Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise (original tags attached).

• Gifted items are only eligible for store credit (new with tags).

• Merchandise received after the 14 days will only be accepted at their discretion for a store credit.

• All returns and replacement orders will be charged a return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee.
