What is their return policy?

If you are a European Economic Area (EEA) customer, you have 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two-week cancellation period begins on the day you receive all items in your order. Please return your item to them within 30 days of finding the fault and remember to contact them before returning it. Please do not use any faulty items after discovering the fault or they may not be able to provide a refund. If you receive defective items, you may also be entitled to return those items and ask them to repair or replace them or receive a refund. Promotional and lucky draw items are not subject to a return policy. All sales on these lines are final. To return an item to them, please package your item properly and include a cover note in the return package that clearly states your name, order number and/or email address.

What is their shipping policy?

Standard UK delivery starts at ￡3.95 (3-5 business days). Orders placed on a business day will be shipped the next business day. A full breakdown of shipping details, including the full amount, will be provided to you at checkout prior to order confirmation. The customer has the right to leave the order stage at this point before the order is completed. Unfortunately, they cannot send orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, currently they do not send orders internationally.
