Can I make a return at Sissifun?

• Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. New products can be exchanged for other products or returned. In order to be eligible, please ensure that. Products that do not meet these standards will not be considered for return.

• If you need to return the goods, please submit a replacement application to customer service through [email protected]. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after they receive your package.

• If they do not give advance notice of the refund to your payment account, they will refund your wallet within a few days. The wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Once sold, no return or exchange is accepted.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Sissifun?

• Last sold items are not refundable. Swimsuits are non-refundable. Swimsuits can only be returned if they are defective/damaged or misfitted.

• When you submit a replacement request, you must send them a picture showing the problem/defect.

• After you receive confirmation from their customer service, please send the product along with the product list including the product ID. Tracking is not. Returned packages are required; They will arrange a replacement or refund upon receipt of your returned package.

Do I have to pay tax?

• In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, such as duties or fees imposed by your destination country. They have no control over these expenses, nor can they predict the amount. For further information, please email them.

• Customs and tax policies vary widely from country to country. You should check your local common law and inform them of your requirements upon ordering. When customs clearance is required, it will cause delays beyond their expected delivery time. Additional taxes or customs clearance fees must be paid by the recipient.

How long can I get my refunds at Sissifun?

• Once your return has been received and inspected, they will send you an email informing you that they have received your returned item. They will also inform you if you agree to a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7-15 business days.

• If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially issued. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund can be sent.

Can I cancle my orders at Sissifun?

• They offer a full refund if an order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. Once you decide to cancel your order, you should submit a cancellation request to their customer Service via [email protected]. 

• For orders cancelled 24 hours after purchase but not yet shipped, they will charge a 15% cancellation fee followed by a partial refund.  They will not accept cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
