What is the limited warranty policy?

• If your Smartech Product becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship from the date of purchase, they guarantee to do one of the following, though you may be required to pay shipping costs for return of the product to them and for shipment of the repaired/replaced product to you:

• Replace or repair all defective parts.

• Repair a defective unit.

• Replace the unit with a new or reconditioned unit.

How long does it take to process my returns?

• Upon arrival, your return will be inspected for all parts/pieces and your refund will be processed accordingly.

• Upon arrival of your returned package, they will scan it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. 

• It is recommended to write down your tracking number for your records and if you wish to follow the tracking progress via selected carrier.

• Should you have any questions, please contact their Customer Care staff at 1-888-288-5148. Customer Care hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

What if I'm not satisfied with the product I bought?

• SMARTECH has a convenient 30-day money back guarantee on all direct purchases, less any applicable shipping and/or restocking fees. 

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your SMARTECH product, simply give them a call, toll free

• 1-888-288-5148 to submit your return label request. 

• All returns must be processed using their SMARTECH return label as it contains all of the pertinent information for successfully processing your refund. Using any other form of return shipment will result in a substantial delay of your refund.

What are the rules for returns?

• Your return label will be sent to you via email within 3-5 days (be sure to check your spam filter), or you may request that it be mailed to you, which takes approximately 7-10 business days to process and arrive.

• Once you receive your personalized return label, simply place it on the outside of your box and drop it off at any selected carrier drop off location.

• All returns must be in the original packaging and contain all original components. Upon arrival, your return will be inspected for all parts/pieces and your refund will be processed accordingly.

What are not covered by the limited warranty?

• Natural wear and tear caused by use in accordance with operating instructions.

• Unauthorized/improper maintenance/ handling or overload is excluded from this warranty as are accessories such as bulbs, blades and bits, etc.

• This limited warranty does not replace but is in addition to your statutory rights. 

• This warranty does not apply to accessories supplied with the product.
