Is the Lavender Barn open this weekend?
Regretfully, no. The Lavender Barn was lost in wildfires which devasied large parts of Sonoma and Napa Counties California in October 2017.
Can I visit your workshop in Santa Rosa, California to shop?
No, Sonoma Lavender are sorry, but Sonoma Lavender does not have a retail shop. Most years Sonoma Lavender holds a Warehouse Sale, usually in the morning on the first Saturday in December. Contact [email protected] to find out whether Sonoma Lavender are holding one this year. Sonoma Lavender will not be holding a warehouse sale in 2020.
Will you be having the Sonoma Lavender Festival at your farm in Kenwood again this year?
The festival was a huge success. Too huge. It became a traffic and parking nightmare. As a result, it is no longer practical to hold the annual festival. There are, however, several other lavender farms in Sonoma County which you can research to see if they are holding a festival. Usually such festivals are held in June each year. You might consider scheduling a visit to the lavender fields at nearby Matanzas Creek Winery.
Why can’t I return the products I dissatisfied?
Sonoma Lavender will accept returns of unopened and unused products, within 5 days of receipt, provided the items are in re-sellable condition. For hygienic reasons, Sonoma Lavender cannot accept returns of bath and body items or of any items which have been opened or used. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a return authorization. Shipping costs for returned non-defective goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
