How do I go about cancelling my order?

You can cancel an existing order by sending a request via email at [email protected] or you can call and speak with Customer Service at (407) 928-2666.

Can I purchase gift cards at Spikes Tactical?

Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in their store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method. Once purchased the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Certificate to some one via email.

How to send gift cards?

• To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to their Send Gift Certificate Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following. The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. 

• The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.) A short message which will appear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.

What does the warranty covers?

The lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may render the product unsafe, inoperable, out of spec, to include cosmetic defects from the factory. Cosmetic defects are only covered for the first 10 days from the original shipping date from Spike's Tactical. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your order from Spike's Tactical and let them know immediately if there is an issue. Cosmetic issues occurring outside the 10-day window will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

What should I do if I receive the damaged merchandies?

• If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to them within the next business day of receiving your item. For example, if you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact them by the end of business the following Monday.

• Return Authorization is required from Spike's Tactical LLC. for ALL returned merchandise. Once you have received the RMA number, please fill out and print the following which you need to include in your merchandise return package. Please do your best to complete the form in its entirety. If you do not include this form , please be aware that it will greatly impact the amount of time it will take them to investigate and locate whom, what, and where your return came from.
