How do I return or exchange an item?

• To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through your SSENSE account. Alternatively, you can contact their Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. SSENSE adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.

• SSENSE does not process direct exchanges. They ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Returns are subject to their Return Policy.

• Guest Orders: If an order was placed using the guest check out option, please create an SSENSE account to request and manage the return yourself. Alternatively, you can contact their Customer Care team to help facilitate the return.are private events only for selected members. Eligible members must be signed in to view the offer on the SSENSE website or the SSENSE App.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases. If you have an SSENSE account, to modify or cancel your order:

• Log in to your SSENSE account.

• Click on the Order History tab on the left-hand side.

• Under Modify, select the subject of your request.

• Fill out the contact form and send them your request.

What is SSENSE Price Adjustment Policy?

As a sign of their commitment to providing the best service possible, SSENSE offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

• An item purchased has gone on sale or its price has been reduced within 14 days of the order being placed.

• The item in question is still available in your market on the SSENSE website in the same style and size purchased.

• A price adjustment may only be applied once per item. In other words, an additional price adjustment will not be offered a second time if an item purchased that has already received a price adjustment has gone on sale or its price has been reduced again. 

Does SSENSE offer Promotions and Codes？

SSENSE occasionally offers promotional codes to loyal customers. When attempting to apply these codes, please note that some conditions apply:

• Items previously discounted (i.e sale items) may not be eligible for further discount.

• Codes are redeemable online and in-store unless otherwise indicated.

• For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items.

• Discounted items returned to SSENSE will be refunded in the amount paid and not the. original value of the item(s).

• If a code is invalid or expired, a replacement will not be issued.

• Only one code may be applied per order.
