What is their shipping policy?
They provide free delivery service for almost all orders in Canada. Exceptions include shipping to some rural areas, and orders below $150, which require a handling fee of $29.95. Free delivery included in the freight is roadside service. Goods in stock are usually shipped within 48-72 hours after placing an order. Special order items are shipped directly from the dealer or through starlight, depending on the destination. The delivery date is only estimated in good faith and quoted in "working days", excluding weekends and legal holidays. PO box address does not accept delivery

What do I do if I received a damaged item?
Please note: most damage claims require photos. Without photos, they may not be able to process your request. Take a digital photo of damaged or defective items for record and send a copy to [email protected].
For larger items shipped through the shipping company, you must inspect the item on site and mark any obvious defects on the bill of lading. Once you do this, please call their toll free number immediately so that they can claim against the carrier and speed up the replacement immediately.
