If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect then please contact them as soon as possible with your name, order number and/or sales ID.

How do I activate my Membership discount on the Official Liverpool FC Store?
Go to My Account on the Official Liverpool FC Store.
Select ‘My Membership’ .
Fill in the ‘Date of Birth’ and ‘Membership ID’ boxes so that they match the details on your Membership exactly.
Fill in the 'Forename' and 'Surname' boxes so that they match the details on your Membership exactly.
Select 'Save'.
How do I return an item?
Please use the returns form on the reverse of the invoice when returning items to them.
If you do not have the invoice, then please enclose a covering letter along with your order number and/or sales ID.
Please ensure that all product swing tags are attached and included when returning items to them.
If you requested a refund from them, and the item is eligible for a refund, this will be processed within 14 days of them receiving your item and not from the date of postage.
Returns for online order cannot be processed at their physical retail stores.
What is the maximum spend limit on my Membership retail discount?
You can use your 10% discount on a total of £750 worth of products throughout the season. This means the total discount available for the season is £75.
The £750 can accrued be across one or multiple orders, throughout the season.
- Any additional purchases you make above that cumulative value in a season will not be subject to the discount.
