Can I make a return at StringKing?
They offer free shipping on returns. You can download a return shipping label from the "My Orders" page when logged in to your account, or you can contact them at [email protected].
Once returned items are received and verified by their returns department, they will issue a refund to the method of payment used to place the original order. Once issued, refunds take 5–10 days to appear on your statement. To check the status of your return, contact [email protected]. You must include your StringKing.com order number with your return.
