Can I get a refund? How does it work?

In most cases, you can make a return online without contacting them. If you are not satisfied with their product or service, they will refund your money. Simply return any new or unused parts within 90 days and they will refund the purchase price. Defective items and most cores covered by the manufacturer's warranty can be returned for up to 6 months. When returning an item, please pack it in the original packaging that was shipped to you. 

How do they ship my package?

International orders and other special shipments are not guaranteed same-day delivery. Their warehouses ship from Monday to Friday. Some bulky items have additional shipping. These fees are determined by their shipping company. Oversized fees can range from $6.00 to $60.00, depending on the size and weight of the item you order. All applicable fees will be noted on the part detail page, cart page and checkout page. Shipping costs are determined by package size, weight and destination. The best way to get estimated or actual shipping rates is on their website.

Who pays the return shipping fee?

For most returns, shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, if they are at fault in some way and that leads to a return, please contact them and they will waive the return shipping. When returning parts from Canada, you are responsible for shipping the package to the FedEx facility in Mississauga, Ontario. There is no additional charge for shipping parts from Mississauga to them. Due to the complexities of most international returns, arrangements must be made prior to the return. They are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred without your knowledge.
