How do they ship my order?

They ship all orders via FedEx and, in some cases, USPS. Most goods leave their factory within 1 business day after you place your order. Free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all domestic orders. Expedited (2nd sky shipment) is based on weight. They don't ship single lithium-ion power bank batteries to Hawaii and Alaska - they only ship to the continental US. Additionally, Expedited (2nd Sky Shipping) is not available as a shipping method for orders containing a single Lithium-Ion Power Bank.

How long is the warranty period for SunJack batteries?

SunJack batteries (whether purchased separately or as part of another product) are warranted for one year. All other SunJack products and components are warranted for one year. In each case, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. In order to determine the start date of the warranty period, a sales receipt or other reasonable proof of the consumer's first purchase is required. SunJack will repair, replace or refund any SunJack product that is inoperable during the applicable warranty period due to defects in workmanship or materials.

What is their return policy?

Return shipping is free for all eligible domestic orders! For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. They do not guarantee that they will receive your returned item. SunJack's return policy lasts 30 days - if 30 days have passed since your purchase, they unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be pre-approved and must include a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number provided. Returns received outside the allowed return window or without an RMA number are not eligible for a refund.
