How do I know the match color?

Yes! They can help you match or suggest the right color. Please send them a picture with your hair in natural light from the front and back. Tell them what product are you considering purchasing so they can suggest the best match.

Can the hair extensions be bleached or relaxed?

• Their Virgin Indian Hair can be bleached and chemically processed to have more or less texture but they highly suggest that you do a strand test before you do anything dramatic. 

• While the Virgin Indian Hair has never been chemically processed by the donor they can't be 100% sure that they did not use Henna or Indigo dyes which are metallic based and can interfere with the lifting process. If you do color your hair extensions they are Absolutely not responsible for any and all damage that may occur during the coloring process.

• They highly suggest you visit a licensed stylist who is a color specialist that has extensive experience working with hair extensions.

What if I don't like my indian hair?

• They don't want you to like your Virgin Indian Hair. They want you to love it!

• So they have created a unique online policy when you receive your Indian hair wash, condition and brush your hair. Run your fingers through it make sure you love the way it's wefted, and the ends look healthy and it will blend with your hair! 

• Make sure you keep the packaging intact and the label on while you do this... and if it just doesn't feel right, email them within 7 days and they will send a return label and issue a refund.

• They can only offer this for Virgin Indian hair. On Le Prive, Bohyme and Lord & Cliff they have to charge a restocking fee.

Can I make a return at Sunny's Hair and Wigs?

• To be eligible for a Full Refund  on Sunny's Indian Hair:

• Returns must be associated with a RMA#. Please contact your dedicated representative or [email protected] and be approved to have a RMA# issued to you. 

• They do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping costs. They only accept returns with an RMA#. 

• Le Prive Hair Extensions are not eligible for returns or refunds and are sold FINAL SALE.  You assume the risk if purchasing an incorrect color, length, or type. This includes Le Prive, Capellia, and Hair Couture purchases.

What's the shipping methods?

• FREE GROUND SHIPPING

• Please allow anywhere from 4-7 business days to receive ground shipping orders. 

• EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

• Expedited orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days, as long as all the items on the order are in-stock. 
Please note that they may be in contact with you if stock is unavailable and this will cause delays in shipping if you do not respond in a timely manner.Orders (especially for Bohyme products) must be placed well before 1pm EST to typically be shipped out same-day Monday-Friday. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and rural/remote locations may take a little longer to deliver.
