When will I get my order?

• They are working hard to get your order processed and out to you as soon as possible. Orders are processed during normal business hours, and will ship within 24 hours Monday - Thursday only. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 3-5 business days (depending on location) once shipped to receive your order. 

• Please note that during holidays orders may take a bit longer to ship and be received.

What if I need to change my order?

Can I track my package?

Yes! Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Although their products are made to fit one-size-fits-all, their Lil' Character, $7.99 line will best fit on kids ages 3-9. All other products are made to fit adults and children.

Can I get my refunds at SunStaches?

For products that did not fit as expected, customers are encouraged to contact their customer support team and to return the item for a refund minus shipping cost. Special circumstances may apply and their helpful staff are available to assist you.
