Sun State Hemp ship everywhere in America, however Sun State Hemp is aware that some states and municipalities have ordinances against cannabidiol and hemp-derived products. Feel free to contact the customer support team if you are unsure about shipping to your area.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free Shipping will sometimes be offered as a special promotion within the continental United States, but Sun State Hemp reserves the right to offer this at the discretion. Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupon codes, or sales promotions.

What do I do if I cannot enter my discount code?

If you are experiencing an issue when entering your coupon code, do NOT process your credit card. Note that only one coupon code can be applied at checkout, and coupons cannot be used with any of the Sale items. Please contact the customer support department and one of the representatives will help you and process your order with your coupon code/discount if you are having further difficulties.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing & handling (including any other expedited services). In most instances, orders are shipped same-day. Orders processed through the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Shipments are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

Why didn't my order process but funds were taken out of my account?

What you're viewing on your account is only an authorization hold. This charge is scheduled to be released within 24-72 business hours. The reason this has happened is due to the credit card being processed with the incorrect billing address. Sun State Hemp will only process a credit card transaction when the billing address listed is the correct address linked to the credit card that is being used.
