How to track my order status?

There are three simple ways to track your order:

• Click the order tracking link in the footer of each page. You need your order number, billing last name and billing postal code.

• Sign in to my account and go to your order section. From there, you can select the order you want to view, and you can choose to track the order.

• After the order is shipped in whole or in part, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. The email will include the tracking number of FedEx /ontrac/airterra.

What is their shipping policy?

• They try to deliver your goods to you as soon as possible. In the 48 neighboring United States, the shipping cost of your entire order is only $8.95. Most orders are shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. They ship all orders in the continental United States through FedEx, ONTraC or airterra. Unless you choose to ship two days or the next day, the order will be delivered within 3-7 working days.

• The freight is $24.95 per order. Items destined for Hawaii and Alaska are delivered by FedEx and arrive within 7 working days.

• If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately at different times. Therefore, they can deliver the goods you purchased to you as efficiently as possible, grouping the goods shipped from the same place. Their delivery confirmation email will let you know how much your order has been shipped.

What is their return policy?

• They are happy to accept the return of undamaged goods within 30 days after delivery, except for customs clearance goods, which are final sales goods and cannot be returned or exchanged. The returned goods will be returned according to the original payment method. 

• *Return and exchange goods by mail: you can print the shipping label and get off at FedEx, or you can take your goods to the "happy returns" return column to start refunding immediately. After receiving your tax return and processing your refund, you will receive an email. 

• Freight is not refundable. Refunds are always issued according to the original payment method. In order to prevent the delay of refund, the return must be shipped back within 7 days after the release of the return label.
