What should I pay attention to when I purchase gift cards?

• Gift cards and e-gift cards can be ordered for a fixed dollar amount up to $500. Electronic gift cards can be sent by E-mail to any person with a valid E-mail address. The e-gift card recipient will receive an email containing the e-gift card number and password. Gift cards may only ship in the United States.

• As with any purchase, you will receive a confirmation email once the gift card is shipped or an e-gift card email is sent to the recipient. Gift cards cannot be purchased using other gift cards or electronic gift cards. The same applies to electronic gift cards. The same applies to electronic gift cards. No sales tax is charged on gift card purchases. Please note that gift cards/e-gift cards are lost or stolen and they are unable to replace them.

What should I do if I receive damaged items at Surprise Katespade?

• If goods are damaged in transit, contact their Customer Service Department at 877-850-1079 immediately. They will work with you to replace your project as soon as they can. If they are able to find replacements, they will ship them to you free of charge and ask you to return damaged/defective products to them using their free return service.

• Within 5-10 working days after they receive your returned product, you can get a refund in the same form as when you purchased it.

How long can I get my refunds at Surprise Katespade?

• Your refund will cover the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a manufacturer's error or part of their shipping error.

• Gift fee is not refundable. When an order involves the use of a gift card or e-gift card, the gift card and e-gift card will be refunded as the first method of payment. If you're returning a gift with a gift packing list, you can choose to receive an e-gift card with the refund amount included.

Can I make a pre-order?

• Pre-order items are not yet in stock but are available on their website for advanced orders. Therefore, pre-ordered items are shipped directly to your chosen shipping address once it is in stock. As with all purchases on their website, you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. The expected date the item will leave the distribution center is displayed on the product details page. This date is a good estimate of the project's availability, but note that the date is uncertain. If the expected shipping date changes, you will be notified via email.

• Select items are not eligible for shipping outside of the continental united states. A message will be displayed during the checkout process if you have one of these items in your shopping bag.
