Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Their current international times are approximately 10-15 business days for Standard and 6-10 business days for FedEx International Priority. International packages are subject to delays since they cannot control the amount of time it takes customs to process the package.
For orders outside of the USA, it is down to the discretion of the customs agency in your territory whether customs will be charged on the import of this item. It's unusual, but can happen. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Can I return personalized items?
Personalized items can be returned for a 60% refund within 30 days of purchase. They are unable to offer full refunds for personalized items in any situation. In the case of a damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit item, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge. Otherwise, their standard return policy applies.
Non-personalized items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When will I get the refund?
Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. How long it takes for the money to arrive back into your account varies depending on the bank and/or credit card company.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check that there are no pending credits on bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
