Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time for a full refund before your piece goes into production. Once your work is complete, you can cancel your order and receive a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price. Swoonery reserves the right to cancel any order if it cannot be fulfilled for a full refund.
Where is my refund?
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give it to you later, they will refund the gift giver and he will know about your return. Once your return has been received and reviewed, they will send you an email notifying you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit (minus shipping) automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Do they offer free return?
They want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and make it easy for you to exchange or return. In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original packaging as you received, with a safety label attached. Custom or custom pieces and gift cards are final sales and non-returnable. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
