Can I make a return or exchange at Tactical Pro Supply?

• Tactical Pro Supply guarantees all of their merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange. If your item is defective, please send them an image via email to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase (arrival date) and they will exchange it for you. Any requests received after 14 days will not be accepted. All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition. 

• They will only refund shipping charges if they discover that they were responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. No refunds will be issued on any items from www.Tacticalprosupply.com non-sale or sale items. Strictly exchanges or store credit only.

Charges for the membership are processed a month in advance. The $1 charge is for your first shirt which will be shipping by the 4th of the following month. The charge you received on the first of the month, is for your second shirt and will ship by the 4th of the following month.
