How to Request a Return?

• Any merchandise returned without going through this process will not be accepted.

• Go to the link below and enter your order number and the email address associated with the item(s) you are requesting to return.

• A list of eligible items will appear, select the item(s) you wish to return. You will be prompted to fill out the return reason.

• Eligible returns will be approved instantly. Please read the email you will receive from us and follow the return instruction carefully.

• If you request a return because the item you received was defective, the return will require their manual review. Please allow up to 2 business days to review the return request and follow up with you.

Do I need to pay for return shipping fees?

• Shipping charges associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer. Tate + Yoko is not responsible for the loss of or damage returned goods.

• Return shipping cost is a responsibility of the customer. You can purchase a return shipping label from them and benefit from their discounted shipping rates. 

• In case of cross-border return, they will provide the necessary document along with the label as well.

• APO / FPO address will need to ship returns though their local postal service. 

What if my package arrived damaged?

• If your package was lost or arrived damaged please contact them at [email protected]. 

• Include your order number, tracking number as well as brief description of the situation, along with photos of damages if applicable. 

• They will then open an investigation and take further steps to resolve the problem.  

How long does it take to deliver my order?

• Orders are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). 

• An email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched. 

• Note that hemming requests can postpone shipments for approximately 5 business days.
