How much are shipping charges? 

• For prepaid orders (check, credit card, or money order) standard shipping is 8.5% of the total cost of the order with a minimum of $7.95. 

• Note that certain bulky items may incur significantly higher shipping charges. They will contact you if higher shipping rates apply.

• For schools and businesses on account ­ NET 30, standard shipping is based on a number of factors, including weight, volume and distance. 

• You should estimate 10% of the total cost of the order with a minimum of $7.95. Note that certain bulky items may incur significantly higher shipping charges. They will contact you if higher shipping rates apply.

Does Teacherrource accept purchase orders from outside the United States?

• Educational Innovations does NOT accept purchase orders from organizations outside the United States.

• However, they have many pre-paid options. Contact them regarding your order and they will do their best to work with you.

I'm having trouble placing my order. What can I do?

• While they work very hard to ensure that you have a smooth experience on their website, with the current variety of computers, operating systems, browsers, internet security software, and firewalls, they still encounter the occasional order problem for a small percentage of customers. 

• If you cannot get your order to go through, please feel free to contact them by phone or e-mail. They will be happy to process your order manually. 

When will my order arrive?

• Most prepaid orders placed before 4 PM Eastern Time ship the same day they receive them. For Standard Shipping, they use UPS Ground, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail (at their discretion). 

• Approximate transit times are shown on the map. All shipping estimates are stated in "business days." Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

• Please note that these times may vary by several days and should not be relied upon for shipments that MUST arrive by a certain date. 

What is ther return policy?

• If you are not 100% satisfied with an EI product, simply return it to them within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange. It's as easy as that!

• Sorry, recorded media, such as CDs, DVDs, and computer software cannot be returned.

• All returned items must be in original condition with the original packaging, and all accessories, instructions, etc. For fastest service, be sure to include a copy of your Invoice or Packing List.
