How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Once your order is complete (usually within 24 hours of ordering), you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your FedEx or UPS tracking number. Why was my product not refrigerated during shipping?
They do not ship their products refrigerated to reduce the environmental impact of shipping. Any product shipped directly to you from Tessemae's has a shelf life of 14 days out of refrigeration. Your product is safe to eat. Please read the label to know when to refrigerate to ensure the best taste and quality.
Can I get a refund?
At Tessemae's, they strive to create the tastiest, easiest and all-natural sauces, dressings and products. Please notify them immediately if you receive the wrong item, damaged item or have any other issues. Their customer happiness guru will help you right away. If a package is damaged in transit, Tessemae's will replace and re-ship all damaged items within 48 hours of being notified of the damage. Tessemae's will pay for all items that must be replaced due to in-transit damage. Because they sell food, Tessemae's cannot accept returns on any orders and all sales are final unless your item is defective.
