What is The Case Store's return policy?

All returns to The Case Store require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Before returning an item, you must contact a representative of The Case Store at 888-489-1766 or email [email protected] within 14 days of the invoice date to obtain an RMA number, which must be clearly displayed on each On the return label on the outside of the carton/package. All items must be returned in their original packaging in a saleable (unused) condition. Case Store reserves the right to refuse any product return. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and received within 30 days of your original invoice date. They recommend that you use a shipping carrier that provides tracking information for your shipment and insure the total cost of the box, so you can be covered if the box is lost or damaged when it is shipped back to The Case Store.

What is their shipping policy?

All shipping charges are based on the total shipping weight of your order and the zip code to which you are shipping. Your total shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. If you want to determine shipping costs before checkout, you can use the shipping calculator on the cart page. Case Store does not currently offer international shipping. All in-stock orders placed before 12 noon CST Monday-Friday are generally shipped the same day. Inventory orders placed after 12 PM CST will be processed the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day. Customers will receive a confirmation email after placing their order and a second email with a tracking number when the order ships. Orders containing backordered items will not ship until all products are available. Customers can request partial shipments, but additional shipping charges may apply.
