What the process of return?
Email [email protected] to receive a returns form which is essential in order to complete a return.
Package your items carefully and include your invoice and completed returns form.
Label your package using the address label provided on their returns form, or your own label.
Make sure all returned items are unopened(Any items which are returned opened, will not be refunded and will be disposed of for health and safety reasons).
Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. They will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete.
How long will I get the refund?
They promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 14 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
