Do I have to accept delivery?

The user must be able to accept the delivery on the stated date, as the standard courier service can only attempt to deliver a maximum of 2 times. After these attempts, the package will remain with the courier for 7 days. If the user does not pick up the package after this period, it will be returned to them at the user's expense.

Can I get a refund? How does it work?
