How do they ship my package?

All orders received by 2pm GMT Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. All orders received after 2pm and weekends/bank holidays will be shipped the next business day. At The Online Pen Company, they do their best to get your order out of the door and to you as quickly as possible. Orders sent outside the UK are expected to take 3 to 10 days to arrive.

What if I not satisfied with my order?

If you are not satisfied with any product you have ordered and received from them, you can return it to them within 28 days for an exchange or refund, provided that the product has not been used and is still in all original packaging and With warranty and in new condition. They do not accept used products including pens, refills, nibs and ink. Engraved pens or embossed diaries will not be accepted unless defective. They cannot return items lost in the postal system, so they recommend that you send all items back by registered mail. The refund method is the same as the original payment method.
