What payment methods do they accept for international orders?
All international orders must be processed through PayPal. Currently, they are unable to accept credit card payment for international orders.
Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?
Orders are processed right away and so changes cannot be made to existing orders. If you need to change the delivery address of your order, you can attempt to cancel and place a new order to the different shipping address. Their Theradome Customer Care agents cannot edit an order that you already placed.
They can’t guarantee that an order can be canceled, but they’ll do their best to make it happen. If the order is too far along to cancel, it can be returned.
For orders outside of the U.S., what does the shipping charge include?
The shipping charge paid by customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. covers the cost of shipping only. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.What financing options do they offer?
They offer easy, low-cost payments, available through their partnership with Affirm. Through their “split pay” service, Affirm offers consumer payment plans at costs much lower than credit card interest rates. Using Affirms “split pay” service, you can pay for purchases over a multiple-month installment plan.
For purchases made with Affirm, Theradome requires that all shipping and credit card billing addresses are within the U.S.
How do I use the Theradome?
Press the master switch to initiate treatment.
Place the helmet on your head and the treatment will begin automatically.
The helmet has a built-in speak that will provide voice command updating you on the status of your treatment.
After 20 minutes, the Theradome will automatically turn off when the treatment is completed.
Can I use the Theradome every day?
Treatments are cleared by the FDA for twice-a-week usage for the PRO LH80 and four times per week for the EVO LH40, and they recommend following this regimen. However, they have had patients that use their laser hair therapy helmets every day with absolutely no side effects and excellent results.
If you decide to go beyond their twice-a-week recommended usage, please allow 12 hours of rest in between each treatment.
