How long can I get my orders at The Room Place?

• For orders paid in full, RoomPlace will contact you via text message three (3) days before your scheduled delivery date to confirm the delivery date and address. One (1) day prior to delivery, RoomPlace will contact you via text message to confirm your estimated time window for delivery. Delivery time is an estimate only. Unfortunately, they can't respect the time requirement.

• If you are not at home during the scheduled delivery time, they will charge you for re-delivery. The room should be cleaned and ready for your shipment. Make sure there is a clear path from your home to the room where your new merchandise will be placed. Due to liability issues, they were unable to move existing furniture or any electronics, televisions or computers, or install light fixtures, hang pictures or mirrors, or make electrical connections. Please measure your home/doorway to make sure it fits your new merchandise. 

• They can't lift the cargo. Elevator delivery is required for the 4th floor and above. If the lift is not in service and you want to take it to the fourth floor or above, you may have to charge extra. They can't deliver to anyone under 18. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Direct ship items are shipped directly from the supplier to your home. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery. The customer is responsible for any required assembly and return costs.

Is it safe to order online?

At RoomPlace, their customers are their number one priority. That's why they do everything they can to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. They use the best available technology to encrypt (encryption code) all personal data you share with them, including your credit card numbers, phone numbers, names, and addresses.

Are the prices in my cart guaranteed?

• If, within 30 days from the date of your purchase, RoomPlace or a local retail competitor with a retail store in the same market area advertizes the same stock of the same item of the same quality from the same manufacturer at a lower price and under the same terms and conditions, upon verification, RoomPlace will refund the difference in the price of the furniture product. For mattresses, RoomPlace will refund the difference, otherwise your mattress will be free (excl. TempurPedic and ComforPedic). Goods need to be in stock for immediate delivery from competitors.

• 30 days their price match guarantee does not apply to them or their competitors quantity IS limited, did not show, no inventory, online product, out of the box, electronic products, refurbished or used items, special orders, AS IS the outlet, red-hot deal, unparalleled value or clearance of goods, the floor samples, post rewards, bonus or free goods discount, Super Savers, rebates, special financing, bundling, door-to-door promotions or other similar offers are no longer valid once you have exercised your rights under the "Full Satisfaction Guarantee".
