How do promo codes work?

Enter your promo code at checkout to apply the offer to your order. Promo codes apply to most of their products, but there may be some limitations; these may be based on time frame, product type or brand.

How does the 1 year warranty work?

If your item is damaged or defective through no fault of your own, you are eligible for a return or exchange under their 1 year warranty policy. Every certified refurbished and brand new product comes with a free 1-year store warranty. If your item stops working properly within 12 months from the date of purchase, they will happily repair, replace or refund your item.

How does the 30-day return work?

You can exchange the product in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Just send the product back and they will ship your new device as soon as possible. Certain returns may be subject to their refund verification system. Refunds may be limited or denied. When returning any advanced electronic device, including smartwatches, be sure to delete any personal data or information that may have been stored on the device. You will receive a refund in the original form of payment. Depending on your banking institution, refunds may take 2-7 business days to be returned to your bank account.

What is their shipping policy?

After an order has shipped, you can track its status by logging in, navigating to your account, and clicking on "Order History". Additionally, you will receive an email from The Store as soon as the item ships with an estimated arrival date. For security reasons, the delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been processed. If shipped, they can have the carrier drop it in their office so you can pick it up with your personal ID. Currently, all The Store items can only be shipped within the United States. However, you can use a shipping company to ship items internationally.
