What is return policy?
They understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, so for any eligible item returned via one of their MarketPoint locations, they will return the item to the store it came from, for free, no matter how far it has to travel. You just need to request a return authorisation number first, which you can do online in the My Orders section of your Market account.
How do I use MarketClub exclusive coupons?
To use a MarketClub exclusive coupon you must be a member of MarketClub and be logged in to your account on TheMarket. You can then either click the coupon to claim it, or enter the coupon code at checkout (if applicable).
How does MarketClub+ free shipping work?
MarketClub+ gives you free shipping on all eligible items when your order is $45 or more, just look for the + icon when shopping or see details on the product page. For bulky items a Bulky Shipping surcharge may apply.
Can I cancel MarketClub+?
There's nothing to cancel, once you've paid for MarketClub+ you'll enjoy the benefits for the duration of the period youv'e signed up for. If you're on a repeating monthly subscription you are able to cancel your subscription via My Account.
What if I'm already a member of TheMarket Club?
If you're already a member of Monthly or Annual TheMarket Club, your membership will become a MarketClub+ subscription, when you confirm your agreement to the new terms and conditions and privacy policy when you next make a purchase on TheMarket. You'll continue enjoy all of your existing and new benefits, and your monthly or annual payments will continue as usual.
